Primary Medical Care
Our Healing Hands Medical Clinic provides free primary healthcare for the uninsured with low to no income. Our staff physician assistant and bilingual medical assistant work with volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and nursing students to see patients on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Patients must submit an eligibility form that can be found on this website or picked up in front of the Medical Clinic Monday through Friday from 9 am to 1 pm. Once eligibility is determined, you will be scheduled for care.
Thanks to our community donors, CHO’s medical clinic helps the uninsured with basic care and referrals to the correct local physicians that can address any additional needs. We are blessed by Baptist Health, local volunteers, our amazing staff, and Dr. Choisser, our lead physician who ensures the patients needs are met.
