Mon 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Senior Citizens only. Bring your ID).

Wed 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Sat 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Baby Luv Hours:

Wed 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Sat 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

**Medical Clinic Hours*:**

Mon, Tues, Thu 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Wed and Fri 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

**Dental Clinic Hours*:**

Mon, Tues, Thu 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Wed and Fri 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m

*Medical and Dental Clinic hours are subject to change depending on the availability of providers and holidays.

The COVID-19 Pandemic means that Community Health Outreach serves even more people in our community who are food insecure, medically and dentally uninsured, and lack essential baby supplies such as diapers and formula. In all aspects, our numbers of clients and patients are growing and we need your donation to help us keep up with the need.
