Healing Hands Clinic
The medical and dental clinics provide free emergency dental and primary medical care to those who are eligible. Patients at the medical clinic receive prescription assistance and, when needed, referrals for specialized care with no out-of-pocket cost. Patients of the dental clinic receive exams, extractions and fillings at no cost.
Medical Clinic Hours*:
Mon, Tues, Thu 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wed and Fri 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Dental Clinic Hours*: Temporarily Suspended
Due to COVID-19 precautions, entry into the clinic is by appointment only. Applications are available outside the clinic doors during operating hours.
*Medical and Dental Clinic hours are subject to change depending on the availability of providers and holidays.
The Lord's (Food) Pantry
CHO is the largest food pantry serving the West Jacksonville area. It receives truckloads of food donations from big-box grocers and has doubled the number of families it serves from 450 to 700 families per week within the last year. The pantry is open three days a week and gives out bags of groceries to anyone who drives up, no questions asked.

Mon 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Wed 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Sat 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Baby Luv Pregnancy Center
Baby Luv is a donation-driven baby clothing store that offers clothing, diapers, wipes and formula to new mothers.

Fri 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Our mission is based on Matthew 25:35-36 “For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you gave me clothing, I was sick and you took care of me.”
