We Serve the Underserved in Duval County

“Providing Help, Delivering Hope, Healing Body and Soul”

Community Health Outreach is a non-profit community-based organization dedicated to providing accessible, free, and quality emergency Dental and Primary Medical care services at the
Healing Hands Clinic. We also provide Free Pregnancy Testing and Counseling, and New Born and Infant services at Baby Luv, and Free Food Assistance at The Lord’s Pantry. All of our services are given to the members of our community who need it most.

We have created and maintain a professional caring environment where patients can establish a one on one relationship with their health care provider. All Community Health Outreach patients regardless of race, ethnicity, culture, religion, health condition, economic status or sexual orientation will be treated with the courtesy, dignity and respect they richly deserve.

Primarily serving Duval county residents, Community Health Outreach is a Ministry started by St Peter’s Church that seeks to Fulfill Matthew 25:35-36

“for I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you gave me clothing, I was sick and you took care of me”

Our Mission: To cloth the needy, feed the hungry and heal the sick in the name of God.

Our Vision: Is to be an example of ecumenical service in the local community while building relationships that afford the opportunity to share the Gospel.

In fulfilling of our goals, Community Health Outreach provides hunger assistance, primary medical care, and emergency dental treatment, pregnancy testing and counseling, and needed baby items to those we serve.

All Services are available Free of Charge to Those Who Need Them Most:

  • The Underserved
  • The Uninsured
  • The Food Insecure
  • American Service Veterans

We Need Your Help!

We have proudly provided quality outreach care services for over25 years, at a current cost of less than $10.00 per person. Unfortunately, the need for our services is quickly growing. In fact, there is currently a two month wait for medical services, and up to a six month wait for dental care.
