The CHO Connect Volunteer Orientation is where community and compassion come together!
Our volunteer orientation is an engaging session designed to introduce you to the heart of Community Health Outreach (CHO). To help you get started, we offer CHO Connect Volunteer Orientations twice a month. During these sessions, we’ll provide a warm welcome with light refreshments, a tour of our facilities, and go over essential paperwork, including liability forms or sovereign immunity details. You’ll get an overview of our organization’s mission, programs, and the impact we’re making in Jacksonville. We’ll explore various volunteer opportunities available, discuss the values that drive our work, and share stories of the lives we touch. It’s a chance to connect with like-minded individuals, learn about CHO’s rich history, and understand how your unique skills and passion can contribute to our shared mission of providing essential care to those in need.
